Craig Valley Plaza Shopping Center

Purchased in 2000, added two new 6000 square foot buildings, leased them out, and managed 4+ years. Then I sold for a profit at the height of the LV real estate market. Today, Craig Valley Plaza is a shopping center located at Craig Road and Valley Drive in North Las Vegas. The 80,000 square foot project combines professional office space with retail stores. This center is anchored by a Gold's Gym and sub-anchored by Denny's.
